Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a disorder that manifests clinically as recurrent
venous or arterial thrombosis and/or fetal loss. It is a heterogenous disorder in
terms of clinical manifestations and range of autoantibodies, which can make the diagnosis
challenging.
