Suspension scale to assist in volume estimation of autologous latissimus dorsi flap

      An objective technique is described for the intraoperative measurement of latissimus dorsi flap weight, using a commercially available set of suspension scales. This technique is particularly applicable to autologous pedicle reconstruction and is useful adjunct for those learning breast reconstruction.
