Prefabricated radial peritoneofascial flap for vaginal agenesis

      Complete vaginal agenesis is a rare congenital condition. This condition is often associated with the Mayer–Rakitansky–Huster–Hauser syndrome, which consists of primary amenorrhoea, normal female genotype and phenotype, normal endocrine status and ovarian function and normal secondary sexual characteristics (Fig. 1).
